The #BetterTogether initiatives are collaborative initiatives between energy businesses, customers and communities that deliver tangible customer and community outcomes.
Through our #BetterTogether Innovation Framework of ‘ideate, incubate and accelerate’, – we co-design initiatives with customers, communities and across the energy sector. This ensures each #BetterTogether initiative is grounded in lived experience, shaped in collaboration and scaled for real-world impact.
We recognise that our #BetterTogether initiatives can appear diverse. That diversity is intentional – it’s our strength. In fact, we are deliberately:
- Taking on complex opportunities that others can’t (or won’t)
- Collaborating across the energy supply chain with customers, communities – and even other industries
- With a bias for action, delivering with customer and community impact front of mind, creating shared value for industry
- Co-developing bespoke solutions, not cookie-cutter programs or outputs.
